What customers say
Rated 4.9 out of 5 from 141 reviews on Google.
“Will has done work for our family on two different occasions now. First time water heater repair and second sump pump replacement. We have nothing but great things to say about him and his quality of work. Will is detailed oriented, professional and thorough with his work. He is friendly and quick to respond/schedule. Highly recommended!”
“Scheduling was simple and the office staff actually answered questions without rushing me off the phone. The plumber who came out repaired a broken pipe connection behind the washing machine and tested several cycles afterward to make sure there were no hidden leaks. Really appreciated the attention to detail during the visit.”
“He gave me advice on things to check for leaks and was able to find it. I would highly recommend him for his professionalism and especially for his honesty. He did not charge me for his advice. Very rare to see and would like everyone know.”

- Water heaters in Southwest Ohio homesHow tank and tankless water heaters compare, what hard water does to them, why flushing and anode rods matter, and when to repair or replace in Southwest Ohio.
- Drains, sewer lines and basement backupsWhy drains clog, how tree roots enter old clay sewer lines, what a camera inspection shows, and how to prevent basement backups in Southwest Ohio homes.

How do I know if my water heater needs repair or replacement?
Rusty hot water, rumbling or popping from the tank, running out of hot water sooner than you used to, or water pooling at the base are the usual signs. A leak from the tank itself generally means replacement, while a bad thermostat, element or burner can often be repaired. Age matters too. Many tank heaters start having problems after 8 to 12 years. We service older water heaters and install new AO Smith units, and we'll point you toward the more economical fix.
What should I do if a pipe bursts or I have a major leak?
Shut off the main water valve first. In most homes it's where the water line comes in, often in the basement or crawl space near the meter. If water is near outlets or appliances, turn off power to that area, then open a faucet at the lowest point in the house to drain the lines. Call us at (513) 813-7526 and we'll find the leak and repair or replace the damaged section.
Why does my drain keep clogging?
Kitchen drains usually clog from grease and food scraps, and bathroom drains from hair and soap buildup. If several drains back up at once, or the same one keeps coming back, the problem is often further down the line, such as tree roots or a broken or sagging pipe. We use cameras to look inside the line and find the cause, then clear the drain or rebuild the broken pipe.
Do you handle sewer line problems and backups?
Yes. We detect leaks in sewer lines, run a camera through the line to see what's causing a backup, and fix or replace the problem areas. Water coming up in a floor drain or a lower-level tub is a common sign of a main line issue. Call us at (513) 813-7526 if you're seeing that.
Why does my sump pump run constantly, or not at all?
A pump that runs nonstop may have a stuck float switch or a failed check valve that lets water flow back into the pit. It may also be too small for the amount of water coming in after heavy rain. A pump that won't run at all often has a tripped breaker, a jammed float or a worn-out motor. We replace older sump pumps and upgrade them with new equipment.
